5 Hours in Brighton | Fujifilm X-A1 Street Photography

I’ve only been to Brighton a handful of times, and each visit has been a real flying one. It’s definitely somewhere I want to give some proper time to. However, recently an opportunity came up for another quick day trip and I couldn’t say no. I also thought my Fujifilm X-A1 could do with its first real outing of the year for some street photography, and I was really looking forward to shooting with it.

After a 3ish hour journey, we finally arrived in Brighton, but then it rained. Like, properly pissed it down. A bit of rain wasn’t going to completely stop me from taking photos, but it would definitely mean we would be spending more time hiding in the shops trying not to get completely wet through.

So, this is what I got. Not loads, probably nothing even portfolio worthy, but this is what I saw on the day.

These will eventually make their way onto my Instagram @jamiefakes.photos, which you should keep an eye on. It’s also where I post about new videos as they come out.

Anyway, thanks for stopping by. Hopefully, next time we visit we’ll have longer to explore (ideally in the dry). See you in the next one!
